Chocolate-Chip-Pumpkin-Mini-Muffins and Fall!

...With a Cinnamon powdered sugar glaze! These just say "fall" to me! ;) they are SO Delicious and SO easy! (I stole the recipe from here!)

You need-

1 Package of Betty Crocker chocolate chip muffin mix

1/4 cup of pumpkin

Take out 3-4 tablespoons of the amount of water it calls for

A dash of cinnamon

For the glaze:

Powdered sugar

splash of milk

And then I added a pinch of cinnamon to the glaze too! 

Then just follow the instructions on the package!

Birthday!

13!

My birthday was on Saturday!!! A few days before I had a birthday party with a few of my close friends! We went to Natchez Clay Pottery Studio in Natchez! We made really cute birdhouses, We won't be getting them back for a few more days because they still have to fire and glaze them! After Natchez Clay we went to a really good mexican place in Natchez, Of course one of my friends, Maggie told our waiter it was my birthday so they brought the sombrerro and sang! Ha!

Ballet, Buddy and Lucy

I take ballet lessons, and they just started back 2 weeks ago! I am one of the "helpers" ( along with two other girls) for some of this year! Last week I got a few "artsy" pictures of some of the little girls!

I also took some pictures of our dogs, Buddy and Lucy recently!!

Back to school!

Well, we started school back on Monday!  Its very bittersweet!  Its good to get back into a routine and learn but, it's school, nevertheless. Ha Ha! I thought I'd show y'all my little school desk where I do my videos, assignments etc! 

I have Kleenex, ( I have really bad allergies especially in the morning) pens, pencils, DVD player for my school DVDs
and mini canvas with my initials on it!

I found the cutest brand that does notebooks, folders, binders etc. The company is called Sasquatch. It's recycled paper and really cute designs!! And they are at wal-mart!!

Family vist!

I am so sorry about my absence from the blogging world, BUT during my "absence" all of my family except Patrick and my brother-in-law, Jean were able to come home! So it was Matt, Anna, Connor, Kathryn, and Mary Grace =) =) =) =)

Miss Kathryn was so cute and sweet and tiny!! And Connor is such a fun and happy little guy! 

While MG was home we got to spend lots of time together since she lives in California! We went fabric shopping at The Cotton Patch and just talked a whole lot too! =) 

Somehow I didn't get a single picture with Kathryn and I and only got one picture with Connor!

The main reason Matt and Anna came home was because Anna's cousin was getting married and Connor was a ring bearer! He had the cutest outfit! You can see it in the picture below.

Isn't "the new look" adorable?!?! My sister, Mary Grace MADE it! I just love it! Gerber daisies are my favorite flower so she put some on the banner!! =) We came up with a new name too, "It's me, Lizzie!" it's kinda like Eloise, she always says, "It's me, Eloise"!

Kathryn Rose Mooney is here!!

On June 23rd my precious niece was born! She weighed 6 pounds 15 ounces and she's 19 inches long! she has black hair, unlike Connor's light blonde hair!!                I can't wait to meet my new little niece!! Enjoy the pictures of baby Kathryn!!

Strawnana Bread!

I'm not the biggest fan of strawberry/banana, but this bread is DELICIOUS!!!
I found the recipe off of allrecipe.com (it's a great website if you haven't heard of it!)


The only thing I did differently was instead of a teaspoon  and a 1/2 i just did a half a teaspoon of cinnamon.
the recipe made 6 muffins and 4 mini loafs of bread!

San Diego!

Well, I am back!  We went to San Diego to see my sister and her husband for Easter! My whole family met there.  It was so nice all being together!  While we were there we went to Hodad's (a burger place that has world famous burgers and has been on The Food Network several times!! ), Cabrillo National Park, Sea World ( I'll make a whole new post about that later) and spent lots of time just chilling.  We went many other places too :) !
